Policies

Shipping Policies:

• All orders ship within 1-5 business days, as items are generally printed and processed upon order unless otherwise discussed during a custom order request.

• Standard shipping is FREE within the United States and will be shipped via USPS. International orders may include additional shipping fees depending on region and or territory.

• Once an order has shipped tracking information will be sent via email, and should arrive within 2-9 business days.

Damages:

If your products have been damaged during shipping you will need to provide the following information so that we may file a claim with USPS.

~Pictures of the damaged items, original shipping container, and all labels.

~You may be asked to take the entire contents of the damaged package to your local post office for inspection, and or claim processing.

We do understand that sometimes it will be tempting to test the durability of products purchased, but please do not do this!

As our products are 3d printed one fraction of a millimeter thick layer of molten plastic at a time, know that testing the durability of these products may result in permanent damage. Products damaged in this manor will not be replaced free of charge! You will need to purchase replacements for your intentionally damaged items.

We have been designing, printing, and testing these products for years, we can visually see the difference between accidental and intentional damages caused.

Returns:

We do not offer exchanges and or returns for any of our items. Why? Each item is custom made to size, shape, and color at the time of purchase. Therefore we ask that you make sure to read each item description carefully before making your purchase.
